I like the moon in the image, but I would like the image without it as well.
 
there i a lot to see in the shot: the sky partially orange/red before diving in the blue,the cityscape at distance, the shape of the bridge with the straight cables being the core of the composition. The colorful elements are well positioned and do not compete with each other.  Good job!

You have captured the city lights and the reflections with excellence as the shutter speed was perfect.  I like the strong hues throughout the scene, and the moon, as it is so small, it really does not add to the scene other than telling us that the image was eiither taken at sunset or sunrise.  But it does not hurt the scene either...

Impressive result here Kevin. The overall blue is very effectful and makes a fine contrast to the fading red glowing sun in the horizen. Good work.

Greetings to your 1st upload and welcome to Pf community. I am sure I do not recognize kevinob and not familiar with your work. From TE or TL? If my memory fails me and you have been a regular, I need to do my homework.

Lovely blue hour moment here with the bridge. But I would stick the moon up there, it looks better, otherwise your composition would have to be landscape format. Saturation brings a mood of dramatic element to the sky.
